Meruntum, Putatan - Main Building Works.

Tender documents (in softcopy) may be obtained on presentation of the original CIDB’s & PUKONSA’s registration certificate and payment of a Documentation Fee of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Fifty Only (RM350.00) in the form of cash, bank draft or cashier’s order payable to Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn Bhd.

Tender documents will not be issued after 4:30 p.m on 28th January 2026.

Tenderers are required to print the relevant sections of the tenders as specified in the Instruction to Tenderers and submit the printed tenders including the Tender Deposit (amount as specified in the Tender Documents) in a sealed envelope stating on the outside the work tendered for and addressed to the Chairman of the Board Tender Committee. The tenders are to be deposited into the Tender Box at the abovementioned address not later than 12:00 noon on 11th February 2026.
