Our Whistleblowing Policy provides reasonable protection for whistleblowers as well as individuals assisting in the investigations, and our best possible effort in protecting the anonymity of the complainant.

You may report to us any malpractice or misconduct in our Company through the Whistleblowing Form by downloading and submitting it by email to integrity@bdcsabah.com.my.

Gift, Donation and Sponsorship Statement

Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. aims to establish the highest standard of integrity in our business dealings and operations in all jurisdictions.

Generally, no gifts of any kind shall be accepted/offered by any of the Company’s personnel or their family members, at any time, on or off the work premises; subject to the Company’s “GIFT, DONATION, AND SPONSORSHIP POLICY”.
