Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. continued its commitment to strengthening integrity, transparency and good governance by organising its second Corruption-Free Pledge on 03 August 2026.

The programme brought together the Company's Board of Directors and employees in reaffirming their commitment to preventing and combating corruption, while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the organisation.

The Corruption-Free Pledge was witnessed by Tuan PKPj Alexander S. Kunghi, Timbalan Pengarah (Pencegahan), Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Sabah, who also delivered a talk entitled "17A Corporate Liability". The session highlighted the importance of corporate responsibility, organisational accountability, and the implementation of effective anti-corruption measures to strengthen integrity and good governance.

Through its Corruption-Free Pledge programme, Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. reaffirms its unwavering commitment to upholding integrity, promoting ethical business practices, and maintaining a corruption-free workplace.
