Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (BDC) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of BDC Industrial Centre Putatan on 21st October 2026, marking another significant milestone in the company's commitment to expanding industrial property development in Sabah.

The second phase will see the construction of five detached industrial warehouses and is targeted for completion by February 2028, following the successful development of 25 warehouse units under Phase 1.

BDC remains committed to delivering practical and quality property developments that meet market needs and contribute towards the state's economic and industrial development.
