On 21st December 2022, Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn Bhd organised a Corruption-Free Pledge involving the Company's Board of Directors  and all Company employees to showcase its commitment to fighting and combating corruption. The pledge was witnessed by a representative from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, Tuan Alexander S. Kunghi, Timbalan Pengarah Pencegahan, SPRM Sabah.
